Ms Mariam Jaafar: To ask the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment what is the number of summons that have been issued for smoking in public parks and beaches since 1 October 2022.

Answer:

1 Between 1 October 2022 and 31 January 2023, about 460 enforcement actions were taken against offenders for smoking in public parks and beaches.
