Funding Principles
Our assessment of projects will be guided by the following principles:
Environmental Benefit – Projects should advance environmental sustainability in Singapore
Community Action - Projects should inspire and enable the community to co-create and/or co-deliver environmental solutions
Innovation - Projects should have technological and/or social innovation, and new ways of implementing solutions
Sustained Impact - Projects should create sustained impact through building local expertise, creating resources, and/or developing scalable solutions
These funding principles represent the characteristics of a good project that the evaluation committee looks out for.
Management of the SG Eco Fund
The SG Eco Fund is managed by a Board of Trustees and supported by an Advisory Committee comprising representatives from the People, Private and Public (3P) sectors, as well as the Sustainability Partnerships Office. The members of the Board of Trustees and Advisory Committee are as follows:

Sustainability Partnerships Office
The Sustainability Partnerships Office, under the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, aims to realise sustainability initiatives with 3P partners, leveraging whole-of-government networks and resources.
Besides administering the SG Eco Fund, the Sustainability Partnerships Office is also involved in empowering communities to take ownership and co-create sustainability initiatives.
